P1. Erasmus Calendar Planning – a calendar book as well as e-book will be established and distributed to all Erasmus members in order to follow conscientiously and monitor carefully all planned activities during the whole project.
P5. Virtual visit to the Acropolis Museum. Students work in groups and make use of ICT tools, such as ‘Google Art Project’ through which they visit the Acropolis museum virtually and exchange information among the groups. To this end, they can meet on twinspace, on Skype or on their Facebook group and share documents and ideas on Google Drive.Complete the pre-activities for STE 1 in each partner school.
P4. The coordinators’ official meeting – the official coordinator’s meeting will be held at the beginning of the project. The Polish coordinator will organize a video conference via Skype to introduce all the aspects concerning our Save project. The main objectives of the meeting will be: focusing on our goals to be achieved, action-oriented approach and constant work process.
P3. Starting school Erasmus clubs at school – all coordinators will be responsible for settinig up Erasmus Club in each country in order to work and represent teachers and students locally and internationally during STE in terms of implementation of our SAVE project. Furthermore, all the regulations concering setting up School Erasmus Club will be available at our website to make it easier and fair for all the students.
P2. Setting up a project website – the Polish coordinator will be in charge of setting up a project website so as to place and publish all the project documents, correspondence, worksheets and all the final products of each tasks mentioned in our project. All members will support and help the Polish coordinator to update our project website. The website will also serve as a perfect means of communication among all participants.
